A naturally leavened gluten-free multigrain loaf with addition of organic sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Stays well in the fridge up to a couple weeks but best to keep frozen and toast slices as needed.  It toasts up fantastic from frozen. 1.35LB

Made with fresh milled organic whole-grain millet and sorghum flour using our in-store stone-mill. Grinding our own flour was key to achieving the bread quality we wanted, without resorting to artificial additives.  Using fresh milled flour maximizes flavor, and nutrition, similar to how fresh ground coffee beans result in the most flavorful cup of coffee. The grains we mill: teff, sorghum, millet, amaranth, quinoa.

Naturally leavened with our own wild yeast starter.
